Project Manager - LSS

Location: Mississauga, Canada; onsite role

What you will do

• Oversee complex projects involving scope, schedule, budget, costs, staffing, equipment, software, and hardware.
• Direct project teams by assigning responsibilities, tasks, and technical functions.
• Manage project risks and develop actionable mitigation strategies.
• Analyze profitability forecasts, monthly costs, revenue recognition, and invoicing.
• Develop detailed schedules covering engineering, installation, integration, and dependencies involving owners and general contractors.
• Lead pre-sales solution development, including business-case validation, proposals, estimates, and high-level schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in the material-handling industry.
• Strong project management background and knowledge of scope, schedule, and budget controls.
• Knowledge of equipment, subsystem, and system performance criteria and demonstration methods.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, team leadership, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
