Global Workplace Design Project Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Work from home on Wednesdays is generally available; Fridays depend on the role and partner teams.

Base salary: $121,000–$138,000 per year, excluding equity, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of new office builds, construction, and reconfigurations across temporary and leased spaces.
• Develop and implement workplace design and graphic standards across global offices.
• Coordinate with local Workplace leads to align designs and support office expansion.
• Manage furniture vendors, purchasing, quotes, procurement, and environmental branding resources.
• Manage project budgets, billing, CAPEX/OPEX tracking, and financial reporting.
• Oversee occupancy and space planning, deliver analytics and projections, and manage desk moves and department relocations.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in space planning, interior design, and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets, financial tracking, and project status reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including global vendor management across time zones.
• Portfolio demonstrating experience in office design, environmental graphics, and spatial planning.

• Familiarity with SketchUp or OfficeSpace.
