Responsible AI Review PM (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer without visa sponsorship and comfortable working PST hours. The role may require in-person collaboration if client requirements or return-to-office policies change.

Annual salary: $115,000–$130,000 for W2 employees; 1099 contractors are subject to a different salary band.

What you will do

• Review Responsible AI impact assessments and provide actionable feedback against internal standards and HR guidance.
• Evaluate AI-enabled systems, agents, and third-party technology implementations, recommending approval or rejection with supporting compliance documentation.
• Assess monitoring plans, post-launch support plans, scope outlines, fairness controls, human-in-the-loop safeguards, and abuse-prevention measures.
• Track program engagements in the HR Responsible AI case management tool and maintain visibility across initiatives.
• Advise stakeholders across HR, Responsible AI, Privacy, Legal, and Data Governance teams on complex compliance scenarios.
• Identify emerging AI risks, educate technical and non-technical stakeholders, and support governance from intake through post-deployment monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, security, or AI risk governance.
• Experience reviewing AI assessments, applications, or technology deployments for compliance with internal or external policies.
• Ability to interpret ambiguous or emerging compliance requirements and evaluate AI capabilities, misuse risks, and unsupported use cases.
• Strong project management, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate across legal, engineering, HR, and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship and availability for PST working hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with global technology companies in compliance, privacy, or AI governance.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks such as the EU AI Act and U.S. NIST AI RMF.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, HR systems, data ethics, or employee trust practices.
