Operator I (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Inspect composite decking boards for color, groove, side-printing, packaging, and other defects.
• Measure, align, package, label, and move finished goods and scrap bundles.
• Operate banders, staple guns, pull carts, and related production tools.
• Clear production line jam-ups and assist with packaging, wrapping, and material handling.
• Monitor raw materials, SPC screens, and production quality requirements.
• Maintain production records, complete inspection documentation, and perform scheduled cleaning.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lift and move boards, bundles, and raw materials weighing up to approximately 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in environments with noise, vibration, dust, moisture, and varying temperatures.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
