Senior Accounting Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Manage monthly deferred commission close processes, including portfolio accounting, performance obligation allocations, accruals, deferrals, amortization, and reconciliation workbooks.
• Prepare technical audit memos, lead customer-life evaluations, manage audit deliverables, and advance commission-process automation using AI tools and commission engine modules.
• Administer global banking portals, enterprise bank accounts, user entitlements, KYC reviews, mTLS security protocols, ACH fraud filters, payment modules, and concentration sweep structures.
• Manage the global corporate credit card program, including MCC policies, credit limits, rejected authorizations, card issuance, and accounting department administration.
• Maintain governance and statutory compliance for nine international entities, including AGM filings, director changes, KYC documentation, and foreign subsidiary requirements.
• Administer financial close management software, support user onboarding, and optimize workflows with the accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with direct expertise in ASC 340-40 and ASC 606.
• 3+ years managing Citibank, CitiDirect, or CitiManager banking portals and corporate credit card programs.
• Experience with international subsidiary management, board director changes, AGM filings, and global KYC and banking compliance.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP and financial close systems such as NetSuite and FloQast, plus commission engines such as Xactly.
• Expertise in Citibank portals, mTLS, ACH filters, and electronic file transfer security protocols.

Nice to have

• CPA or Certified Treasury Professional certification.
• Treasury experience with a strong accounting or finance foundation.
• Corporate governance, international entity, paralegal, or legal experience.
