Senior Demand & Capacity Analyst

Location: Hybrid role in Chicago, Illinois, United States

Base pay: $70,600–$149,600 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze a centralized pool of resources across technologies and platforms.
• Process resource requests and coordinate employee and contractor schedules to meet business needs.
• Maintain visibility into resource capacity for stakeholders and align development demand with available capacity.
• Provide input into financial, workforce, and technical capacity planning.
• Develop data analysis workflows and user-friendly dashboards or reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of information technology experience, a technical certification and 6 years of experience, or 8 years of information technology experience.
• Teamwork, collaboration, and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project and analysis tools such as Excel.
• Knowledge of application development platforms, cloud computing, SaaS, mobile and web technologies, data center platforms, and end-user platforms.
• Sponsorship is not available, including for candidates currently on OPT.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or iterative SDLC methodologies.
• Negotiation skills and business acumen.
• Data analysis or intelligence analysis experience.
• Experience creating user-friendly data dashboards or reports.
