What you will do
- Support HR programs across the EMEA region and contribute to the HR operating model.
- Partner with line managers to deliver commercially focused HR support.
- Advise on hiring, talent development and retention, onboarding, employee relations, rewards, leadership effectiveness, performance and organizational design.
- Research HR best practices, analyze data and recommend improvements using outcome metrics.
- Drive HR initiatives and participate in group-wide and business-driven projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of broad HR experience within a large organization.
- Knowledge of employment regulations across EMEA.
- Experience developing HR policies and procedures.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Agility, confidence and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Fluency in a second language, ideally French or German.
- Experience in the technology industry and in both large and small companies.
