Senior Manager, Growth Marketing (AI Healthcare)

Location: Remote - US; fully remote with any time zone.

Salary: $163,800–$205,500, $172,900–$216,600, or $182,000–$228,000 annually, plus equity.

hirify.global builds an AI intelligence platform for healthcare that provides real-time coding-aware documentation and clinical workflow support for hospitals and health systems.

What you will do

• Design and launch sequenced account-based marketing campaigns tailored to target hospital and health-system accounts.
• Own ABM measurement and reporting using data from the CRM and other systems.
• Partner with Sales on shared accounts and resolve differences in account perspectives.
• Coordinate with Events, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing to activate campaigns across relevant channels.
• Establish a repeatable process for proposing, running, measuring, and iterating on account-based marketing plays.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of marketing experience with direct exposure to sales-aligned or account-based marketing.
• Direct experience working with hospitals and health systems; payer-only or life-sciences-only experience does not meet the requirement.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM or marketing platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar.
• Ability to distinguish account or pipeline movement from activity metrics and use measurement to guide decisions.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and proposing next steps independently.
• Must be based in the United States; the role is fully remote and supports any time zone.
