Facilities Operations Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Monrovia, California, United States. Travel may include up to 5% domestic or international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Salary: $107,600–$147,950, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead Maintenance and Tool & Die teams, coordinating schedules and assignments for employees and craftspeople.
• Provide training, tools, equipment, and work-environment information while maintaining a safe workplace.
• Apply technical expertise to resolve complex facilities, equipment, manufacturing, and operational problems.
• Support automation and advanced technologies, including controls, PLCs, robotics, laser technology, 3D printing, and vision systems.
• Develop and maintain a highly skilled Tooling team supporting high-precision tooling requirements.
• Assess facility and equipment conditions and support engineers with improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of manufacturing experience; or an Associate’s degree/Technical Diploma and 7 years of experience; or a High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of experience.
• Experience must be in a private, public, government, or military manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electrical systems, controls systems, machine shop operations, and/or facilities operations is beneficial.
• Supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience is beneficial, as is experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a science discipline.
• Experience analyzing and resolving complex manufacturing, engineering, operational, or technical issues.
