TL;DR
Privacy Analyst (AI) (Privacy, Data Protection, AI Governance): Conducting operational privacy and AI risk assessments and supporting compliance across products, vendors, and business units with an accent on global data protection laws, Privacy by Design, and Responsible AI. Focus on managing triage processes, documenting audit evidence, monitoring mitigations, and reporting privacy and AI risks across a global organization.
Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid arrangement with work from home up to 2 days per week. A Flex-Location benefit allows working from any location in the world for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and evolve the privacy and AI program with the Global Privacy & AI Office.
- Manage privacy and AI triage processes and conduct risk assessments for products, services, and third parties.
- Document supporting evidence and maintain robust audit trails.
- Track Privacy by Design and AI risks and mitigations, escalating overdue or incomplete actions.
- Support KPI and dashboard reporting by identifying trends and patterns in data.
- Support privacy and AI training and represent the office with legal, technology, business, and privacy stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a privacy role within a data-driven organization.
- Good understanding of global data protection laws, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to prioritize work independently while collaborating across multiple functions and teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of OneTrust or a similar platform.
- IAPP accreditation is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience creating and reporting Power BI dashboards.
- Experience with software development and application implementation.
- Exposure to AI governance.
