Senior Field Deployment Engineer (FDE)

What you will do

• Design and build tailored integrations and technical solutions connecting Bob with customer ecosystems.
• Analyze business needs, technical requirements, and existing technology stacks to define solution architectures.
• Extend and combine Bob capabilities, including APIs, webhooks, MCP, custom objects, and other extensibility features.
• Guide enterprise customers through solution design, implementation, architecture, and best practices.
• Build integrations, automations, prototypes, and lightweight applications using AI-assisted development and vibe coding.
• Document technical decisions, integration flows, implementation guidance, and handover materials while collaborating with CSA, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in system integrations, technical implementation, solution consulting, or integration architecture.
• Hands-on experience integrating SaaS platforms through APIs, webhooks, middleware, and related technologies.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and vibe coding.
• Strong business orientation, solution design, analytical, troubleshooting, consulting, and communication skills.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers in implementation, consulting, solutions, or deployment roles.
• Ability to build practical technical solutions without operating as a traditional software engineer.
