Portfolio Solution Engineer, Actimize

Location: USA - Remote. The hirify.global-FLEX model includes 2 days working from the office and 3 days remotely each week, with travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.

What you will do

• Partner with sales teams as a business and technical leader across the Actimize portfolio.
• Lead consultative discovery to understand customer objectives, technical environments, regulatory requirements, and success criteria.
• Design solution strategies, architectures, value propositions, demonstrations, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Build mini-applications, proof of concepts, and rapid prototypes to validate customer use cases.
• Create solution, integration, and implementation specifications for complex enterprise environments.
• Lead RFI and RFP responses, address risks and objections, and coordinate handoffs with product, engineering, services, and partner teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solution consulting, solution architecture, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise software portfolios and connecting multiple capabilities into cohesive solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud and on-premises deployment, APIs, data integration, databases, security, and scalability.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations, proof of concepts, rapid prototypes, and technical presentations.
• Strong discovery, communication, problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; willingness to travel is required.

• Experience positioning enterprise platforms against competitors and addressing technical or business objections.
• Hands-on experience with scripting, SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, or data analytics.
• Experience with global customers, partners, or distributed cross-functional teams.
