Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Princeton, New Jersey, United States; hybrid schedule with 2 days per week on-site

Base salary: $153,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Join partner commercial and technical discussions, capture architectural implications, and map requirements to existing platform systems, interfaces, and patterns.
• Own the technical shape of partner solutions, including APIs, data exchange, SSO/authentication, security and AI review constraints, and integration sequencing.
• Represent hirify.global’s technology, security, and AI capabilities in partner meetings and coordinate RFP, security questionnaire, and AI review responses.
• Lead the partner technical workstream during integrations, including architecture, sequencing, handoffs, prototyping, debugging, and small-scale coding.
• Maintain visibility into architectural requests, review status, integration blockers, agreement technical terms, and roadmap implications.

Requirements

• Experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar partner-facing technical individual contributor with architectural ownership.
• Ability to turn ambiguous partner requirements into solutions that fit an existing platform rather than relying only on greenfield designs.
• Comfort presenting technical, security, and AI topics to commercial, operational, and engineering audiences.
• Experience owning RFPs, security questionnaires, AI reviews, or equivalent partner diligence packages.
• Hands-on integration experience with APIs, data exchange, and SSO/authentication, including enough coding to prototype, debug, and ship small pieces.
• Strong written communication and ability to lead cross-functional work without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Background in digital health, health plans, PBMs, or enterprise B2B partnerships.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and security review norms such as SOC 2 or HITRUST-style requests.
• Experience improving internal tooling for reviews and integrations.
• Previous work with sales or partner teams in a deal-support model.
