Solution Director: Data & AI

Location: Must reside on the US East Coast, including NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Advise CTO, CDO, CPO, and other C-suite stakeholders on Data & AI opportunities and measurable business outcomes.
• Design and lead delivery of enterprise-grade Data & AI solutions using AWS, Snowflake, and other modern data platforms.
• Oversee AI architecture, technical delivery, architecture quality, system design governance, and client KPIs across multiple engagements.
• Shape go-to-market strategy, business cases, pre-sales activities, reusable accelerators, and partner co-selling with organizations such as AWS.
• Own and evolve the Data & AI proposition while representing the practice in proposals, events, and industry forums.
• Coach and mentor AI, data, and platform engineering teams across US and nearshore locations and support recruitment and capability growth.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in technology or consulting, including 6+ years in Data and AI delivery.
• At least 2 years in recent AI leadership roles, or hands-on client-facing experience with readiness to step into leadership.
• Experience leading AI-driven software into production and embedding AI into client products or workflows with measurable impact.
• Strong background in AWS, Snowflake, modern data platforms, solution architecture, system design, and delivery governance; experience with Bedrock, SageMaker, and Connect is relevant.
• Strong commercial, stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, consulting, hirify.global delivery skills.
• Must reside on the US East Coast: NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida.
