Senior Program Manager (Aerospace/Defense)

Salary: $144,100–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives across core programs.
• Lead multiple projects within significant programs while ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and optimize program performance.
• Lead change management through documentation libraries, communication plans, and process training.
• Manage program schedules, budgets, staffing, resources, and administrative processes.
• Conduct market and industry trend analysis to guide program direction and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects and programs using established methodologies and best practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational change, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with risk management and performance optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with project management software and tools.
