Operations Associate (DeFi): Supporting DeFi fund deployment, treasury operations, wallet and transaction management, and bespoke structured crypto solutions with an accent on Fireblocks, blockchain analytics, and protocol-level analysis. Focus on managing on-chain operations, analyzing DeFi protocols, and supporting institutional digital asset infrastructure.
Location: Remote within the US; candidates must be based in the US
Salary: $70,000–$100,000 base annually, plus a discretionary bonus

Confidential digital asset firm building institutional infrastructure across DeFi, including lending, liquidity, treasury management, stablecoin adoption, and structured and staking advisory.
What you will do
- Support DeFi fund deployment and institutional treasury operations.
- Manage wallets and digital asset transactions using Fireblocks and similar tools.
- Conduct on-chain and protocol-level analysis.
- Assist with bespoke structured crypto solutions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in DeFi operations, crypto analysis, or protocol support.
- Experience with Fireblocks, digital asset wallets, or blockchain analytics.
- Strong knowledge of DeFi primitives and protocols.
- Must be based in the US.
