Senior Legal Recruiter (Contract, US)

What you will do

• Own hiring delivery for Legal roles across the US.
• Run full-cycle recruiting from intake and calibration through sourcing, assessment design, interviews, offers, and closing.
• Provide market intelligence on talent, compensation trends, competitor mapping, and expected time to fill.
• Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill profiles across corporate functions.
• Improve structured interviewing through clear competencies, calibrated scorecards, and consistent debriefs.
• Deliver a timely, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience.

Requirements

• Deep experience in Legal recruitment.
• Proven success recruiting across senior specialist and leadership levels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to constructively influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated sourcing capability in market mapping, outreach strategy, and talent research.
• Experience recruiting in high-growth technology, infrastructure, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with hiring across the UK and EU, including location, compliance, compensation, and market benchmarking complexity.
