Location: On-site in the San Francisco or Palo Alto office, United States

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end recruiting strategy for engineering roles, from sourcing and engagement through offer closure.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines for Full Stack, Mobile, Infrastructure, and AI Research Engineering positions.
• Partner with engineering leaders, hiring managers, executives, and the Talent team on hiring plans and onboarding.
• Define headcount needs, write job descriptions, design interview loops, and provide real-time market data.
• Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence focused on AI and infrastructure.
• Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of engineering recruiting experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven hiring experience across Full Stack, DevOps, Infrastructure, and AI Research Engineering.
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes and candidate selection methods.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and make strong hiring decisions.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco or Palo Alto.
