Manager, Learning Design & Development - Corporate Functions (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide learning programs, including regulatory, compliance, insurance, product education, and digital transformation curricula.
• Build project charters, roadmaps, milestones, resource plans, and performance indicators for large-scale learning initiatives.
• Present program status, strategic direction, and outcomes to C-suite and senior executive leaders.
• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, executive sponsors, internal clients, and external vendors.
• Manage learning platforms, AI-enabled content development tools, multimedia solutions, vendors, and technology partners.
• Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing learning design and development team while ensuring content quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in training and development, including large-scale project management in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Experience with capacity management, resource forecasting, complex stakeholder projects, executive sponsors, and external vendors.
• Strong executive presentation, communication, organizational, analytical, and people leadership skills.
• Knowledge of eLearning, blended learning, virtual instructor-led delivery, learning management systems, AI-enabled content tools, and multimedia production.
• Experience using data-driven decision-making and learning analytics, and managing teams that create digital learning content with tools such as Synthesia, Articulate, Vyond, and Adobe.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
• Project management certification such as PMP or Agile.
• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives and adopting AI-enabled tools.
• Media production experience, including video shooting, editing, and production management.
