Inventory Coordinator (ERP/Oracle)

Location: On-site in Romeoville, Illinois; the posting also lists Grand Rapids, Michigan and Ames, Iowa. Second shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. Overtime and weekends may be required.

Salary: $26.25 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus pay.

What you will do

• Manage cycle counts, audit programs, physical inventory counts, and monthly reporting.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies across warehouse, distribution, truck, and sales-order records.
• Process inventory transactions related to non-conforming products, product holds, status changes, and locations.
• Coordinate the consolidation, verification, identification, and removal of held or expired inventory.
• Support shipping teams with problem orders, restocking, and inventory inquiries.
• Train colleagues on inventory processes and assist Inventory Specialists and other departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of experience with inventory systems.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle and strong computer skills.
• Basic math, counting, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, operate an order picker, and work comfortably at heights and on aerial lifts.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements, including frequent standing, walking, climbing, lifting, and handling loads up to 50 pounds occasionally.
