Strategic Procurement Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $93,400–$143,800 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead a complex supply chain sub-category and develop sourcing strategies aligned with strategic business goals.
• Conduct cost, competitive, data, and industry analysis and present insights to senior management.
• Translate stakeholder priorities into actionable supply chain and procurement plans.
• Lead supplier selection activities, negotiate contracts, and optimize the supplier base.
• Manage day-to-day operations and minor strategic development for large, moderately complex suppliers.
• Identify contract risks and advise senior leaders on mitigation, business continuity, cost management, and operations strategies.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience with complex analysis, supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement strategy.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• Must be based in the United States for the stated US candidate compensation and benefits.
