Staff Industrial Engineer (Supply Chain Operations)

Location: Hybrid, with 2 days onsite per week at either Aurora, IL or Bethlehem, PA; candidates must be local to one of these sites. Up to 30% travel to Chicago, Dallas, or Moreno Valley, CA is required.

Salary: Targeted base salary of $116,501–$138,752 per year; full compensation range of $116,501–$194,169 per year.

What you will do

• Develop future supply chain flows and optimize fulfillment and transportation processes across the warehouse network.
• Evaluate current practices, identify improvement opportunities, reduce waste, and enforce quality controls.
• Launch process automation, improve productivity, and troubleshoot operational processes on the warehouse floor.
• Manage corrective and preventive action teams, operational improvement projects, estimates, and financial proposals.
• Create CAD drawings, process flow charts, cost-saving analyses, standard operating procedures, and process control documentation.
• Track operational metrics and process data while coordinating with cross-functional teams on new processes and equipment planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional Industrial Engineering experience.
• Experience with process automation, project management, supply chain processes, and continuous improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.
• Basic 2D/3D CAD software skills and strong communication, presentation, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be local to Aurora, Illinois or Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; up to 30% travel is required.

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
