Focus on administering equity compensation programs, preparing SEC and insider trading reports, maintaining accurate vesting data, and supporting benefits operations.

Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, with three days in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States. Relocation to Denver is supported with a relocation bonus.

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 base compensation annually, plus equity as part of the overall compensation package.

What you will do

  • Administer equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPP plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of grants, exercises, vesting schedules, and employee equity communications.
  • Analyze stock market trends, company performance, industry benchmarks, and regulatory changes to support equity program recommendations.
  • Prepare required compliance reports, including SEC filings and insider trading reports when applicable.
  • Partner with finance, accounting, legal, HR, brokers, financial institutions, and plan vendors.
  • Process benefits activities including enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, distributions, loans, hardships, and compliance testing.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  • Experience managing equity compensation for private and publicly traded companies.
  • Strong understanding of stock market dynamics, equity compensation plans, regulatory frameworks, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.

Nice to have

  • MBA, CFA, or relevant certification.
  • Experience implementing a stock management system.
  • Experience with Workday and company benefit plans.
