Change & Release Manager (Cloud Transformation)

Location: Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid work with 2–3 days per week in the office.

Rate: Up to 135 PLN/h

What you will do

• Manage business process and technical changes across a major Google Cloud transformation program.
• Coordinate and facilitate change activities with application development teams.
• Manage change and release processes in line with the bank’s internal guidelines.
• Act as the single point of contact for business and technical change-related activities.
• Coordinate information sharing and upskilling activities to prepare users for the transition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Change and Release Management.
• Practical experience in change and release management within cloud migration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience facilitating information-sharing and training activities.
• Excellent English skills at fluent/C1+ level, spoken and written.
• Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
