Project Manager – Tax Operations Transformation

Location: Remote within Poland with occasional office visits; hybrid workplace in Warsaw

What you will do

• Lead assigned workstreams within a multi-year global tax operations transformation program.
• Coordinate vendor RFIs, platform rollouts, and regulatory readiness initiatives, including US QI declarations and reclaims.
• Align stakeholders across Custody, Fund Accounting, and Transfer Agency.
• Apply Agile methodologies to deliver continuous value throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define, monitor, and report program metrics and KPIs to senior management.
• Embed governance, standardized controls, and tax data management into daily operations.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional project management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services; Securities Services or Asset Servicing experience is advantageous.
• For the Target Operating Model profile: required advisory or consulting experience, including TOM design, process mapping, SLA definition, and operational change.
• For the Tax Data profile: expertise in tax and regulatory operations and Master Data Management.
• Fluent English at C1+ level, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and planning skills, with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Securities Services or Asset Servicing experience.
