Project Manager (Infrastructure Recovery)

Location: Hybrid work from offices in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź, Poland; 3 days per week from the office

Salary: 800–1,050 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Coordinate daily stand-ups, status meetings, stakeholder communication, and reporting for the Infrastructure Recovery Programme.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, mitigation plans, resource planning, delivery roadmaps, and project governance.
• Define plans and schedules for infrastructure recovery activities and coordinate technical and non-technical recovery tests.
• Oversee test reports, remediation actions, recovery documentation, procedures, and governance materials.
• Drive Service Transition Management activities and hand over recovery capabilities to operational teams.
• Lead laptop recovery solution initiatives, including SOP development, testing, maintenance procedures, and ownership transition.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or operational resilience.
• Proven project management experience in complex technology initiatives.
• Experience designing, coordinating, and executing recovery tests and exercises.
• Experience developing documentation, frameworks, processes, and procedures, with a strong understanding of technology infrastructure and recovery processes.
• Experience in the financial services industry and in managing stakeholders, cross-functional teams, risks, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from one of the specified Polish offices. Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
