Senior Project Manager (z/OS Mainframe)

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia or Gdańsk, Poland, with 2–3 days per week from the office

Salary: 1,000–1,200 PLN per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Coordinate change management for business process and technical changes.
• Manage communication and alignment between business stakeholders, technical teams, and programme participants.
• Coordinate and facilitate changes delivered by application development teams.
• Manage change and release processes according to the bank’s internal procedures and guidelines.
• Coordinate information sharing and user upskilling activities.
• Plan and oversee release cycles, mitigate risks, and maintain alignment between programme objectives and operational requirements.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of project or programme management experience in a large organisation.
• Experience in change and release management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from Gdynia or Gdańsk, Poland, with 2–3 office days per week.
• Working English is required for daily communication in international teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of or experience with the z/OS mainframe environment.
