VMWare Transformation Project Manager (GCP/GKE)

Location: Hybrid work from offices in Warsaw or Gdańsk, with three days per week in the office.

Salary: 1,000–1,200 PLN/day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Coordinate delivery execution within the Google Kubernetes Engine workstream.
• Plan and manage timelines, dependencies, resources, and delivery activities.
• Monitor and report progress, risks, and issues.
• Identify, assess, and escalate risks and delivery blockers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams and transformation workstreams.
• Promote strong project management discipline and a high-performance delivery culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Google Cloud transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with containerized application portfolios in Google Kubernetes Engine.
• Strong risk, issue, stakeholder, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive follow-up actions.
• Fluent English is required, and the role requires working from the Warsaw or Gdańsk office three days per week.
