Change & Release Manager (Cloud Migration)

Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: 1,000–1,200 PLN per day on B2B

What you will do

• Manage business process and technical changes within a financial-sector Google Cloud transformation program.
• Coordinate and facilitate changes required by application development teams.
• Manage change and release processes in line with the bank’s internal guidelines.
• Act as the single point of contact for business and technical change activities.
• Coordinate information sharing and user upskilling activities.
• Engage technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive follow-up actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in change and release management.
• Hands-on experience in change and release management within cloud migration projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights.
• Experience facilitating information sharing and coordinating related requirements and activities.
• Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written, with ownership and a proactive approach.
