Senior Project Manager (Google Cloud)

Location: United States — Remote

Salary: $120,000–$178,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for complex, high-visibility, multiyear client engagements.
• Track milestones, manage scope changes, re-baseline plans, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Plan staffing across workstreams, balance team seniority, and oversee onboarding and team cohesion.
• Identify risks and issues, lead mitigation planning, escalate challenges, and maintain accurate delivery and financial reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and lead project communications.
• Support account growth by identifying client needs, connecting them with capabilities, and coordinating with account, operations, finance, talent, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience managing complex programs or engagements.
• Mandatory experience in Google Cloud Platform consulting.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting.
• Structured thinking, strong organization, prioritization, and time management across multiple workstreams.
• Clear communication for executive, technical, and operational audiences, with confident decision-making in ambiguous situations.
• Self-directed and accountable approach to owning complex programs with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• Google Cloud Platform certifications.
• Experience with data workflows, platform engineering, or cybersecurity programs.
• Enterprise change management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
