IT & Cybersecurity Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own quarterly OKR and project backlog planning with the IT Director, including prioritization, sequencing, staffing, and budget alignment.
• Drive cross-project initiatives across IT Engineering, Cybersecurity, Operations, Engineering, People Ops, Legal, and Finance.
• Build and operate the IT and Cybersecurity change management program.
• Maintain reporting and dashboards covering program health, scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and capacity.
• Lead the SOX ITGC, SOC 2, and IPO-readiness security roadmap, including remediation of risk assessment and penetration testing findings.
• Manage vulnerability tracking, access reviews, vendor risk assessments, vendor evaluations, and system implementations through go-live and ongoing operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management within IT and/or information security.
• Experience with SOX/SOC 2 audit cycles or comparable compliance programs.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, identity and access management, network segmentation, and vulnerability management.
• Advanced Jira and Confluence skills, including workflows, automation rules, JQL, dashboards, and cross-project linking.
• Familiarity with ITIL, change management, SOX ITGC, or SOC 2 control frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into executive-level summaries.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or pre-IPO environment.
• Experience evaluating vendors, reviewing RFP responses, and assessing security documentation.
