Web Content Development Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Modernize web content intake, drafting, QA, approval, publishing, and post-launch validation workflows.
• Design governed AI-assisted and agentic workflows with human approval, audit trails, permissions, validation evidence, and rollback procedures.
• Manage Builder.io and WordPress publishing, templates, components, permissions, content models, releases, and CMS modernization.
• Lead automated QA across functional, visual, accessibility, SEO, analytics, performance, mobile, cross-browser, and production smoke testing.
• Prioritize and coordinate campaign, product, event, migration, redesign, and information-architecture launches, including readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions.
• Mentor web publishers, frontend contributors, QA automation specialists, and workflow owners while improving standards, documentation, and operating procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web publishing, content operations, frontend development, QA automation, digital operations, or a related discipline.
• Production web content and publishing ownership from intake through launch, with experience prioritizing competing work and coordinating cross-functional launches.
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, responsive behavior, browser debugging, and frontend quality fundamentals.
• Experience with Builder.io, WordPress, or a comparable CMS, including templates, components, permissions, content models, and publishing controls.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Builder.io AI for content operations, QA, documentation, workflow automation, or release preparation.
• Practical understanding of SEO, accessibility, usability, Core Web Vitals, analytics, consent, redirects, metadata, conversion flows, and automated release-quality processes.

• Aprimo DAM or another enterprise digital asset management platform.
• React, Next.js, Tailwind, Storybook, design systems, Figma, and component-based frontend development.
• Jira, Service Desk, Asana, Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, and release-management workflows.
• Experience leading CMS migrations, redesigns, campaign launches, or multi-site publishing programs.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and experience improving accessible pages, documents, forms, or user experiences.
