What you will do
- Architect, implement, administer, optimize, and support enterprise AI platforms across Microsoft, AWS, and other cloud providers.
- Develop AI architecture standards, governance models, operational processes, technical documentation, and lifecycle practices.
- Design AI-driven workflow automation and business process improvement solutions.
- Build integrations across AI services, low-code automation platforms, APIs, serverless technologies, and approved third-party applications.
- Implement information governance, data protection, classification, retention, security controls, and access management for AI workloads.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and provide technical guidance to business and IT stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline with three or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and technical knowledge.
- Advanced experience engineering and administering enterprise AI platforms across Microsoft, AWS, and other providers.
- Experience developing AI solutions, workflow automation, and business process improvement solutions.
- Strong knowledge of authentication technologies, security practices, information governance, and data protection in cloud environments.
- Advanced scripting and automation experience, with the ability to research, design, and implement complex technical solutions independently.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Amazon Bedrock Agents, Microsoft Foundry, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, or comparable technologies.
