Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote-first in the United States; in-person onboarding in San Francisco, California and travel to customer sites as needed.

Salary: $143,000–$184,000, $161,500–$196,000, or $178,500–$210,000 annually, depending on geographic pay zone.

What you will do

• Partner with strategic enterprise accounts to map business-critical marketing and web workflows.
• Design and build agentic workflows using hirify.global APIs, CMS capabilities, components, and emerging AI features.
• Build integrations with advertising platforms, analytics systems, CRM tools, DAM platforms, and data pipelines.
• Implement human-in-the-loop safeguards, observability, rollback paths, and permission boundaries.
• Validate deployments under production traffic, governance requirements, and real-world customer constraints.
• Document deployment learnings and create reusable architecture blueprints and reference implementations.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in solutions engineering, forward deployment, or a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of AI, APIs, automation, data pipelines, and integration architecture patterns.
• Strong front-end fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Experience designing and supporting systems that manage live web properties at scale.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n and the ability to scope ambiguous, first-of-kind projects.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for embedded engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience with or curiosity about agentic AI systems, LLM orchestration, and autonomous workflows.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or similar visual development and CMS platforms.
• Strong product intuition and the ability to balance generalization, customization, and production risk.
