IT Service Desk Specialist

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah; supporting the Lehi, Utah office and remote US employees.

Annual salary: $73,000–$89,000 USD.

What you will do

• Provide end-user support for laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, software, and SaaS products.
• Troubleshoot login, application, performance, connectivity, A/V, printer, and basic network issues.
• Respond to incidents and service requests, provide status updates, and escalate issues when needed.
• Create and maintain problem documentation and knowledge-base content.
• Support onboarding by deploying hardware and training users.
• Manage system access during pre-hire, onboarding, and separation processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Windows and macOS.
• Experience supporting a remote workforce.
• Basic user administration experience with Okta, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and incident-management skills.
