IT Support / Operations Engineer

Location: Hybrid, based in the San Francisco or New York office, with three days per week in person

Salary: $125,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Serve as the escalation point for day-to-day technical support across Mac and Windows devices.
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, access administration, and employee onboarding.
• Maintain and improve office IT infrastructure, AV systems, and physical workplace technology.
• Manage IT procurement, asset inventory, vendors, and support for new office buildouts.
• Create self-service knowledge resources and automate IT workflows to reduce inefficiencies.
• Administer cloud-based services, user permissions, admin access, and routine system maintenance.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, MDM platforms such as Kandji, IdM/SSO solutions such as Okta, and video conferencing tools.
• Experience administering macOS at scale and working with Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and IT workflow improvement.
• Excellent communication and user-support skills.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Ability to work in person three days per week from the San Francisco or New York office.
