Russell Tobin is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner / People Advisory Partner to work closely with senior leadership in a complex international organization.

What you’ll do:
— Partner with senior leaders at Director level and above
— Advise on organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, compensation and performance management
— Lead workforce and succession planning and talent development initiatives
— Support large-scale organizational change, restructuring, organizational design and transformation
— Work on M&A-related people initiatives and integrations
— Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on global people programs and policies
— Support employee engagement and leadership development
— Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and corporate HR policies

What they’re looking for:
— Significant experience as a Senior HRBP, People Partner or People Advisory professional
— 8+ years of HR experience
— Experience partnering with senior and executive-level stakeholders
— Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices
— Experience with organizational transformation, restructuring or M&A
— Strong expertise in workforce planning, succession planning and organizational development
— Commercial mindset and data-driven approach
— Experience in complex, international and geographically distributed organizations
— Experience in tech, travel, e-commerce, insurance or fintech is a plus
