Global P&O Business Partner

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; hybrid workplace

Salary: €85,000–€113,400 gross annual salary, plus eligibility for incentive compensation

What you will do

• Advise senior business leaders on P&O priorities, organizational effectiveness, and workforce strategy.
• Provide coaching and counsel on organization design, talent management, workforce planning, and the employee lifecycle.
• Lead organizational change, culture development, performance management, talent reviews, and employee development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations matters and conduct thorough, objective investigations.
• Use organizational health data to identify insights and improve individual and organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Finance, Legal, and P&O colleagues across countries on recruitment, training, headcount, compliance, and special HR projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant P&O or HR experience; a master’s degree is desired.
• Experience working with senior leadership in a matrixed and global organization.
• Strong coaching, influencing, facilitation, communication, analytical, process development, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate business strategy into P&O strategy.
• Solid understanding of Dutch labor law.
• Fluent English is required. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Nice to have

• Global Professional in Human Resources certification or another HR certification.
