Country People Partner (Netherlands)

Annual gross salary: €59,800–€65,000, excluding 8% holiday pay

What you will do

• Act as the main People contact for leaders across assigned countries and hirify.global Go operational units, with a focus on the Netherlands.
• Manage employee relations cases involving performance, conduct, grievances, reorganizations, redundancies, exits, and burnout prevention.
• Partner with Shared Services on onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and Workday updates.
• Ensure People policies and processes comply with local employment laws and support organizational changes.
• Use people analytics and engagement data to guide leadership discussions and manager priorities.
• Support performance, talent, compensation, hiring, workforce planning, workshops, and temporary workforce initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in HR, People Partnering, or a similar role, ideally in logistics, carrier, fulfilment, warehouse, or another operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law, labour regulations, and HR practices.
• Hands-on experience independently managing employee relations cases and advising managers on sensitive People topics.
• Experience with Workday and engagement tools such as Peakon, plus knowledge of performance, talent, calibration, and compensation processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch.
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, maintain discretion, and build trusted relationships across teams and cultures.

• Experience with Works Councils, temporary workforce matters, or operational workforce topics.
