HR Business Partner (Retail)

Location: Hilversum, Netherlands; hybrid working with a 60:40 office/home policy

What you will do

• Partner with leaders across Brand, Product, Operations, Marketing and E-commerce on people-related priorities.
• Advise and coach managers, senior leaders and executive stakeholders on leadership, engagement, performance and organisational design.
• Lead organisational change, transformation initiatives, new ways of working, AI adoption and strategic HR projects.
• Lead and develop the HQ HR Operations team of two employees while improving processes and data quality.
• Support workforce planning, talent development, retention and complex employee relations cases.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Health & Safety and Employability specialists.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and employee relations.
• Experience supporting leaders at multiple levels, including senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with organisational change, transformation and complex HR challenges.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English is essential; knowledge of visa processes and international employee mobility is required.
