What you will do
- Partner with leaders across Brand, Product, Operations, Marketing, and E-commerce on people-related topics.
- Translate business priorities into HR initiatives and advise leaders on performance, engagement, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Manage complex employee relations cases and provide practical, compliant HR advice.
- Drive organizational change, transformation initiatives, new ways of working, AI adoption, and strategic HR projects.
- Lead and develop the two-person HQ HR Operations team while improving service delivery, processes, and data quality.
- Collaborate with global HR Centers of Expertise on recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, health and safety, and employability.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR business partnering or a comparable senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and employee relations.
- Experience advising senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Experience with organizational change, transformation, complex HR challenges, stakeholder management, and influencing.
- Ability to interpret HR data, translate insights into actions, and balance strategic and operational priorities.
- Fluent English is essential. Knowledge of visa processes and international employee mobility is required.
