LAB PA Performance Partner Director

What you will do

• Partner with Practice Area leadership, MDPs, PA Nodes, and Client Teams to align talent with commercial needs.
• Own staffing for PPPL populations, managing deployment, utilisation, billability, capacity, leakage, and staffing risk.
• Lead capacity planning, pipeline reviews, pyramid planning, hiring strategies, and Consultant affiliation and integration approvals.
• Support career development through PPPL touch bases, calibration, promotion pipelines, succession planning, and CDC preparation.
• Lead the LAB PA and PPPL Performance Team, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Improve People processes and delivery through scalable ways of working, automation, and AI.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international professional services firm.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing at MDP level.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teaming, people leadership, and advisory skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with strong numerical capability.
• Excellent English skills required for verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work from London, Amsterdam, or Brussels.
