Senior Strategic Finance Manager (Fintech)

Base salary: $165,000–$185,000 per year

hirify.global is building an operating system for beverage alcohol retailers that combines POS, payments, back-office tools, and e-commerce.

What you will do

• Own the payments revenue and cost model, including processing volume, take rates, interchange, fees, residuals, and chargebacks.
• Build the finance data layer, including models, definitions, and pipelines that connect business systems into a planning-grade source of truth.
• Improve cost visibility and control across hardware, suppliers, and capital partners.
• Develop flexible scenario planning linked to P&L and cash impact, surfacing opportunities and risks.
• Partner with business leaders on strategic projects, capital allocation, investment efficiency, and ROI.
• Deliver financial analysis and use AI and automation to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A, including 2+ years in a high-growth technology business.
• Experience with payments or transaction-based revenue, processing economics, fee structures, and take rates.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience handling large datasets and building integrated models from scratch.
• Ability to translate complex quantitative and qualitative analyses into structured outputs for cross-functional audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ownership, self-direction, and follow-through.
