Senior Manager, Finance & Strategy - Digital Ordering - SaaS

Location: Remote within the United States, with listed locations in San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, and Boston.

Salary: $163,200–$240,000 USD base salary annually, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to guide and run the Digital Ordering business across its SaaS and transactional components.
• Own the global financial performance view and identify levers for balancing growth and profitability.
• Track SaaS and financial KPIs, uncover trends, and assess business risks and opportunities.
• Support quarterly financial planning and identify growth areas and business priorities with cross-functional partners.
• Use SQL, finance, analytics, and AI tools for reporting, forecasting, and quantitative analysis.
• Investigate complex operational questions with Strategy & Operations, Go-to-Market, Revenue Operations, Product, Accounting, Analytics, and BI teams.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• At least 3+ years of SaaS or software experience.
• Experience presenting to and partnering with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience building frameworks, templates, metrics, and long-range goals for newer businesses.
• Experience with SaaS unit economics and Go-to-Market metrics, including MRR, NRR/GRR, churn, LTV:CAC, and GTM performance indicators.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, large-dataset analysis, and analytics or AI tool experience.

• Restaurant technology experience, including Point of Sale.
