What you will do

• Define and execute the vision for Business Management Reporting, including scalable business management capabilities, data-driven decision support, personalization, and AI-enabled insights.
• Own the product roadmap by evaluating, prioritizing, and sequencing initiatives for advisors, institutions, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop product strategies, investment rationales, business cases, executive presentations, and governance materials.
• Align Product, Data Engineering, Data Governance and AI, Technology, UX, and Business stakeholders around roadmap execution.
• Partner with data platform and engineering teams to support reliable data assets, governed information architecture, and scalable enterprise platforms.
• Monitor adoption, business outcomes, customer feedback, and operational performance while presenting priorities, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Background in wealth management or data-intensive business environments.
• 7+ years of product management experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or enterprise platform environments.
• 3+ years developing product strategy and roadmaps for business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or business management platforms.
• 3+ years partnering with data engineering or data platform teams on data pipelines, ingestion, transformation, and semantic modeling.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives involving technology, data, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Strategic product leadership, investment prioritization, executive communication, analytical thinking, and AI-enabled product fluency.

Nice to have

• Experience modernizing enterprise reporting, analytics, or business management ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Tableau, semantic-layer architecture, business intelligence platforms, or emerging data visualization tools.
• Experience creating business cases, executive communications, governance materials, and measurable outcome-based roadmaps.
