A Global Banking & Markets team of treasury, payments, and technology specialists building connectivity between corporate clients and the bank.

What you will do

• Maintain and improve developer-facing API documentation and implementation guidance.
• Analyze client feedback, adoption metrics, and implementation trends to identify developer-experience improvements.
• Support clients and internal teams in understanding API capabilities.
• Gather and document product requirements, user stories, and API feature requests.
• Participate in testing and validation of APIs, connectivity enhancements, and payment channel capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, implementation, servicing, and commercial teams on product launches and client onboarding.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in technology, fintech, payments, banking, consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of APIs and developer platforms, including REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI specifications, and SDKs.
• Experience with frontend development tools and design applications such as Figma, Framer, or Retool.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, intuitive documentation.
• Interest in payments, treasury management, cash management, open banking, and financial technology.

Nice to have

• Interest in AI-enabled development workflows and applying AI to API discovery, implementation, and support.
• Curiosity about developer experience, sandbox environments, onboarding, and implementation tooling.
