Salary: $110,000–$145,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support Regional and Country Portfolio Directors and the PKO Program Manager in overseeing U.S. Government security cooperation programs.
• Research program information, analyze data, generate reports, and prepare briefings, Congressional Notifications, Country Information Papers, and other documentation.
• Track and update FMS, FMF, BPC, and PKO cases across SCMS, SCIP, DSAMS, SOCIUM, Advana, and related systems.
• Monitor obligations, deliveries, milestones, logistics, training, transportation, and case implementation for assigned countries and programs.
• Support program reviews, interagency meetings, audits, and requests for information by preparing agendas, minutes, action-item trackers, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain PKO documentation, SharePoint repositories, data sets, reporting tools, templates, and recurring program artifacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• At least two years of experience within the last five years in FMS, FMF, BPC, PKO, or related security cooperation programs.
• At least two years of experience with SCMS, SCIP, DSAMS, or similar security cooperation data systems.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate with the Department of War, Department of State, Combatant Commands, Implementing Agencies, auditors, and international partners.

Nice to have

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Advanced experience in BPC, Peacekeeping Operations, Global Train & Equip, counterterrorism programs, process improvement, SharePoint, databases, or data visualization.
