R&D Business Applications Administrator & Analyst II

Location: USA - NJ - Camden; hybrid work environment with less than 10% travel.

Salary: $93,800–$128,900 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Support the stability, security, compliance, and daily operation of R&D applications including Optiva and Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN).
• Manage user provisioning, access standards, roles, groups, object security, workflow approvals, help desk processes, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain SharePoint and Teams sites, process documentation, troubleshooting guides, and support materials.
• Coordinate Optiva and ELN training programs, schedules, user guides, and knowledge assessments.
• Gather and document requirements for system enhancements, defect resolution, and process improvements with R&D and IT stakeholders.
• Manage enhancement and defect backlogs, lead assigned workstreams, and support system validation and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in application administration, business systems support, business analysis, or a related role in a consumer-packaged goods environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience documenting business requirements and working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering user training and supporting a positive user experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise applications and familiarity with Infor PLM for Process (Optiva).
• Knowledge of product commercialization, product data management, or R&D business operations.
• Experience with system validation, regulated systems, compliance-focused environments, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Exposure to change management, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives.
