What you will do

• Support daily execution of a federal CBRND program by tracking tasks, timelines, deliverables, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Provide analytical and programmatic support for Life Cycle Cost Estimates and related cost-estimating activities.
• Prepare, maintain, review, and validate cost data, assumptions, inputs, documentation, and ACEIT-based estimates.
• Develop Excel-based trackers, analyses, briefings, reports, and other materials for leadership and customer engagements.
• Coordinate meetings and working groups, including scheduling, agendas, notes, follow-up actions, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain program documentation and help improve processes for program tracking, data management, cost analysis, and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance.
• 2–5 years of experience in program analysis, program support, project coordination, cost analysis, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Experience working with program, financial, or cost data in a government or defense environment.
• Experience organizing, analyzing, or validating data with Microsoft Excel and preparing products with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with cost estimating or Life Cycle Cost Estimates, plus strong organization, analytical, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced government environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ACEIT or other cost-estimating tools.
