Freelance Onsite Event Coordinator

Location: Must be local to the Phoenix area, United States; onsite attendance is required for partial-day and full-day events approximately once a month. Priority may be given to applicants able to travel with hirify.global to events in major cities in MST and PST locations.

What you will do

• Coordinate onsite logistics for events in the assigned market from preparation through conclusion.
• Confirm venue, audiovisual, catering, party rental, and other event requirements with Event Managers.
• Set up registration, signage, name badges, equipment, and other event materials before each event.
• Manage onsite ticket sales and charges through hirify.global's Square account.
• Coordinate with sponsors and vendors, including party rental teams for stages, chairs, and tables.
• Monitor the event environment and maintain a high-quality attendee experience, including food, coffee, music, and cleanliness.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of event coordination and registration experience.
• Strong organization, self-discipline, ambition, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Positive, energetic attitude and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work with a high-energy sales team.
• Availability for scheduled onsite events in the Phoenix area approximately once a month.
